This one is rough. It's apparently glitched, and it's pricey (but if you do the missions involved with it, you make you money back)

After sequence 2, you can find the Cafe Theater,

Thanks to Zasta 360GameTV for the map (and circle).

Once you go inside you will talk to a woman who asks you to help renovate it. I didn't see the renovation prompt (it's in the room with the payment chest) until after I did her first mission.

The first 3 renovations aren't too bad. $100, $500, and 1000. Then you need 5,000, and finally 15,000 to finish off the renos.

So all together you will need around 21,600 coin for this.

Thanks to FuzzyRabbidDogg for pointing out that after you buy all 5 upgrades it still doesn't pop, which means you also have to do all of the missions that are included with the upgrades.
You can find her near the coffee bar in the last booth. Complete those missions and this should pop for you. The nice part is her last mission (marked as very hard) wasn't too hard and pays 25,000 coin. Almost making up for every penny you've already spent upgrading.

Numerous people have commented on this and it seems that it may be glitched. I got it following this guide but a lot of people can't get it. If anyone figures out a way to get it to pop for these people, I will gladly add it to the solution.

I have had a few people mention that this way worked, so a shout out to ScorchPSO for this work around. I cannot guarentee that this way works or is safe, but I figured I should add it to the solution to help some people get this to pop.

1) At the dashboard, Unplug the Network Cable/Disconnect from router
2) Delete your Local Assassin's Creed Unity save (Manage Game, go far right and delete the save)
3) Start Unity and enjoy replaying the first 2 sequences (Skip as much as you can)... As soon as you "Become" an assassin, go to the Cafe Marker and buy the first 3 upgrades (You should have enough money at this point)
4) Do the first 3 Cafe Missions, Then buy Upgrade 4
5) Do the last 2 Cafe Missions (Yes, they ARE most definitely possible with Default Starting Gear, Just play it careful and make use of Smoke Bombs to Assassinate certain targets
6) Once you've completed all the missions, I went to the "Upgrade Table" and plugged my Network cable back in, I waited about 20 seconds and got all the UPlay popups and messages saying I'm Online, I bought the Final Upgrade.
7) I got nervous here because the achievement didn't pop again, however after about 30 seconds - 1 minute it finally popped up, Hurray!
8) Disconnect from the internet again, Close Assassin's Creed Unity and delete the local save.
9) Reconnect to the Internet and load Unity once more, once you get past all the messages and it tries to load to the main menu it will say "Syncing...." and your old save file will return to you.

Good luck, It's a very risky move doing this as there's always a chance something will go wrong and you'll lose all your progress. I managed it in about 2 Hours 40 Minutes, so make sure you have a spare 3 - 4 hours before attempting this.
