There are 45 Treat Cards you can collect by finding them in chest, defeating enemies, trading with other kids or buying them from Shady.

Once you collect all 45 Treat Cards you will unlock
Costume Quest 2 (Xbox 360)45 Card PickupThe 45 Card Pickup achievement in Costume Quest 2 (Xbox 360) worth 60 pointsCollect all Creepy Treat Cards

When in free roam, press cn_Y to open your book and go to "Creepy Treats" by pressing cn_RB or cn_LB
Equip 3 cards by pressing cn_A.

In battle use all three cards and after the battle, equip the next 3 cards until you used them all in battle. Once a card is used, the power needs to regenerate for a couple of turns before you can use them again. If you lose the battle or run from it after using the cards, it will still count as you will see that those cards needs to recharge.

Here is the list of cards with their powers:

GaidxnI completed the Xbox One version, but i can't complete the 360 version. The last quest won't get completed, the kid that needs Smoochies card won't take the card, even though i have the card! Please help anyone?

MusquitoYou have to find 2 Smoochies cards: one for your own collection and one for the kid. As long as you only have one, the kid will not take it. Maybe a good idea to mention this in the WT.

UnsungGhostI'm having the exact same problem. From reading a walkthrough while I was playing you can get the second card from a mole northeast of the Dr. White's mansion or from Kronoculus. For some reason I got a different card when I beat kronocuolus.

EDIT: Figured this out, the crestwailers in the Secret Warehouse drop it also.

I constructed a simple Google Sheet which lists the names of all 45 Creepy Treat Cards and has a space for you to mark whether you have used that Card. Feel free to make a copy for your own use by selecting "File --> Download as".

H/T to Musquito and Cuckoolander, as I copied and pasted the Card titles from their solution.
