I find this one of the tougher ones, just because of how I have my guitars set up. Big points in this game are all about consecutive chains, so that can be a bit of luck; if you have a few in a row that are easy to get then you can be getting 1m+ per chain by the time you have 5 in a row.

Personally, I found it easier to "cheat" the calibration into thinking my guitar was quite a bit quieter than it really is - during the calibration I didn't strum flat out, but made it so that a hard pick was 100%. I can easily produce more sound than that simply by plucking 2 strings at the same time.

I found that my Strat style single-coil guitars could be a bit unwieldy for this skill game, because they have a distinctive "quack" that makes for a loud start and quick tail-off; my humbucker guitars (Ibanez) were much easier to use because they have a much more consistent output level as the notes die off much slower.

Of course, like all the skill games, the multiplier is crucial, so keep levelling up the skill games before going for serious score runs.

Here you go guys, a video guide for this achievement. You can clearly hear the different strength levels at which I had to play throughout getting over 10,000,000 points. The best tip I can give you is to level up your starting multiplier by completing as many missions as possible. It really helps out! Also, make sure you have calibrated your guitar properly.
