Choose LeBron James and set your opponents to any players that have a dunk rating of 65. Set the difficulty rating to "Superstar" and make it a "1-round" contest.
As LeBron, stand at the top of the key, start moving forward, press and hold LT+RT and press the B button. You'll do a somersault with the ball. As soon as you hit the ground, press the B button again. You'll jump into the air and pass the ball from hand to hand through under your leg. When at the peak of this jump, press the B button again to dunk the ball. If done correctly, fireworks will go off in the background and the judges will give you a perfect score (50).
Typically, your opponents won't come close, but if they do tie with you, just restart the competition with new opponents. Otherwise, you'll end up winning the competition on Superstar difficulty.
Do it this way and you'll receive the achievement "Score a 50 in Slam Dunk Contest" and "Superstar Slam Dunk Champion". |
