  To get a quadruple double you need double digits (10+) in four of the main five statistical categories for one player.
  
  *Points - Points received from baskets.
  *Rebounds - Grabbing the ball after a missed shot.
  *Blocks - Blocking the ball while someone is shooting.
  *Steals - Stripping the ball from someone on the court.
  *Assists - Passing the ball to someone to scores within the next 2 seconds.
  
  I suggest points, steals, rebounds, and assists for this achievement. Make sure to turn to foul frequency down so that you can steal without being fouled every time.

  I just did this, but no achievement... It gave me the triple double though.I was playing with the bulls and got the quad with thomas at the last 30 seconds, but nothing popped... not even the message at the bottom showing that I got it. I paused the game to check and it showed I did everything.

  Have you been able to pop other achievements lately? I went two days without any of the achievements I earned popping due to the latest DDoS attacks.

  For people interested in achievement video guides, I went out and created and achievement video guide for this achievement and a lot more. In the video I do everything besides the blocking as the blocking i recommend doing that in one game by itself. Anyway enjoy :)

  Do the same as suggested above, but use two controllers with 12 minute quarters.
  
  *Once you achieve all of the achievements needs for the game, pull the battery from your second controller and quit the game.
  
  *Before you back all the way out, choose rematch, and when the game tips off, all of the achievements that you earned with two controllers will now start popping.
