This has to be earned in the DLC - Dopebag Map
"Flying High"

Its important that you leave with the FIRST helicopter that leaves the map and you must have loot.

Host a ranked game with the map and put the time limit to 7 minutes, that means the first helicopter will come a bit later then in a three minute round. You can still do it in an three minute round but you will only have like 2 minutes for the entire map and there are a few guards on the way to the helicopter so to make it easy - crank time limit to 7 minutes and have a nice breeze through.

Get some coke - escape in the first helicopter - done
