Here is directions for where they are at and a youtube video. I found these online so all credit goes to the creators.
Skulls in Thornvik
1. Enter the fort from the right. Follow the wall to find the skull on your left side.
2. Make a 180° turn and you’ll see the next skull behind a fence. Run left to get behind the fence.
3. In the middle of this fort you must cross a small bridge. Turn left there and run all the way left. You’ll see the skull up ahead to the north.
4. The last one is on the left side of the towers back entrance. You must go there anyway for the main quest. It's by the mission symbol on your map.
edit: You can only get these when sneaking into the fort. Once you attack the fort with your army you can no longer gather the skulls.

I managed to make some Skullbagger video guides. Out of boredom of course. The video guides are almost entirely based off of the screenshot guide on x360a, but I personally had some complications with it when it came to the difficult areas like Caldberg, so I figured I have a Dazzle, might as well make some video guides.
