For this achievement you need 100 great success repairs. Yoshitsune has 3 possible results when she repairs things, and great success seems to happen the most when the item is barely damaged, though it's possible to get a great success repair on an item with 0 durability. As a result you shouldn't bother grinding for these until you have 100 bad repairs, as you'll get a lot of great success repairs during that grind. As a side note, if you intend to be able to "carry" dungeons at some point in the game, don't bother grinding this on trash weapons. Before I get to why though, I'll mention the "get this achievement out of the way" method.

The simplest way to get this is to equip 4 staves with first aid. Use first aid once with each staff, repair them with Yoshitsune, and repeat. You don't need to enter combat to use first aid and have it cost durability, so you can sit right by Yoshitsune and keep spamming first aid and repairing. However, do note that the chance of great success goes up as Yoshitsune's friend level does. According to wiki it maxes out at 20% at friendship level 21, which is 1 higher than you need for her friendship achievement. Up to you whether it's worth it to spend the obnoxious amount of friendship items you'll need to go from 20 to 21 (it's 15% for great success at level 20).

Anyway, if you intend to "carry" you'll likely want to boost the durability of your weapon so you can spam the shit out of your skills without it breaking. In order to do this, you need a self boost skill (again, like way of the blade) or first aid in the case of a staff. If the weapon in question doesn't have such a skill, your only quick choice is to level it by using a skill in combat, and walking back and forth between a place with enemies and Yoshitsune to hope for great success repairs. An ideal place to do this would be in the first town Onigashima, as Yoshitsune is right by the entrance to a dungeon. So you can go in, use a skill once, leave, repair at Yoshitsune and repeat.

However, if you crutch on ougi skills the alternative is to use a buff skill enough (can be any random weapon) you can extract it with Momotarou and then use the skill card on your ideal weapon. Note that his ability to do so increases with his friendship level, so you may not be able to do this until you get his friendship level fairly high. This will replace a random regular skill on the weapon, but if you use ougis it's obviously not going to bother you much. Once you get a self-buff skill on there you can go about grinding great success the easy way. I don't have much experience with weapons outside of the sword, so I can't tell you whether you'll eventually benefit from grinding great success for durability on your end game weapon, but it's something to keep in mind.
