I'm writing this because this achievement really annoyed me. This level is split up into to parts the first part you just go from wind current to wind current, and the second part ( the annoying part) you have to deal with traffic and reach your goal. Now on to the guide
From the start activate your Bee reflexes with the B button, (You will keep this on the remainder of the first section.) and fly to the first wind current (it's straight in front of you and up a little). Once you reach the end of the current the next wind current is straight in front of you, just fly into it. At the end of this current you will see a tree to your right. The next wind current is just to the left of this tree. Once you are to the end of this current you will be at another tree. Keep flying straight the next current will be to your left near the street. It's past the tree a little bit. Your Bee reflex might run out just as you get to this one. Once you reach the end of this current you will be in a building. Fly straight up to your next current. At the end of this short one keep flying straight until you reach a cut scene. At this point you should be just under 2 minutes. Now on to the annoying part.
From the start activate you Bee reflex and fly straight to the tree in front of you. Try to stay high to avoid the traffic, and also use the X button to give yourself some boosts whenever you can. Once you reach the tree let your reflex charge back up. Your next target should be inside of the trash can across the street just to your left. You will definately need your boost here. It's OK if you die here. As long as you are close to the trash can you will start inside of it. From the trash can you will need to fly directly to your target. Use your boost whenever you can. You should make it before you die. I think I only took one hit from the rain drops at thiss point. If you follwoed this you should have made it with plenty of time. I actually got hit by a car and didn't make it to the trash can the first time I did it and still had like 15 seconds left. Hope this helps because it worked for me.
