This challenge is displayed as a spigot dripping honey on your map in the Honex area. All of these challenges won't be available to you until after you have completed Chapter 10 (assuming you have also been completing the other challenges as soon as they're available).

I found these challenges to be very fast and easy, unlike most of the other ones. Just fill up the empty baskets. Plain and simple. If no honey comes out anymore, don't worry! It is not glitched. There is a small, yellow meter in the bottom right corner of the screen that shows how much honey you have left to use. To get more go to either end to draw more out of a big pot of honey with A. You can also refill your honey meter while the next set of baskets is coming to save time. There are 10 challenges and the bonus challenge doesn't count toward this achievement.
