Here we go again! Another lovely paying workout Challenge...

There are 2 TurboFire workouts:
- Fire Starter (40 min) - $19.99 - (avg. 8-10* workouts)
- HIIT 25 (25 min) - $19.99 - (avg. 14-16* workouts)

*If only using this one workout, these are averages depended on performance and intensity

Genre: Cardio Intervals
Intensity: Intermediate
Equipment: None
Warning: These can be rough on your knees (especially HIIT 25) so make sure you take it easy if you have any knee issues

You can find these in the Featured content section. Selected one and purchase at least one of them. Then do the work out as many times until you have 500,000 fitness points.

Challenge Reward: 5 Stamps

I purchased both to see the difference and they both seem to require similar stamina and averaged about the same amount of points per minute. The Fire Starter was a bit easier on your body, and although I did noticed some of the punch sections didn't register sometimes, I still 5 starred the workout with no problem and its a bit more fun than the HIIT 25.

I am an athlete and a super fit individual and love fitness to my core, so if you need tips feel free to ask. I'm glad this fitness achievement is not a skip to end of video one, these are challenges for a reason, earn them, I know you can do it!! smile

Anyways, have fun with this, drink plenty of water and spread your workout far enough to make sure you don't hurt yourself in these Intermediate work outs. Also make sure you take the appropriate amount of protein for your muscles after you finish a workout so you aren't sore the next day! Have fun, get fit, and get some more stamps for those other achievements!!
