This achievement is relatively easy, but requires a modicum of focus and patience.

The achievement description is pretty much straightforward, you need to let 20 seeds fall back to back. That means slicing one seed will reset the counter. Each round of Bamboo Strike has at least 60 seeds (as that ties into the Green Thumb Achievement, so messing up early won't spell doom for your round.

Here are some tips:

1- Less slicing is better, you should only slice when bamboo obscures most of your screen as that will stop more seeds from falling. Don't worry about your score.

2- Try to keep your slicing to the bottom of the screen so that you only clear the bamboo shoots. Slicing lower will also lower the likelihood of you accidentally slicing a seed and resetting your counter, as well.

3- The achievement (for me at least) popped at the end of the round, so it's best to focus on getting through the round as perfectly as possible and then seeing if it pops at the end.

4- At this time, I'm not sure if hitting a bomb will reset your counter if it annihilates an on-screen seed, so, again, only slice and clear that bamboo when absolutely necessary.
