This achievement may come naturally if you are working on (and need to replay some arenas):
For a general strategy, play the Blood Race Mode first and unlock the Military Truck by getting a silver medal on the Driver's cup. Then start up any arena and drive around mowing over zombies until the achievement unlocks. Be sure to avoid the green bloaters or you'll take damage.
