During normal training days, you will have four challenges and four workouts per week. Your target goal is 3,000 bolts per day. While the true three star cutoff is lower than that, this gives you plenty of breathing room while still being attainable. It will also help get your streak per week.

To get 3,000, you need to be able to max bolts on most of the challenges and some of the workouts. There's much more leeway if you're good at the workouts. I did not have much luck with the DLC workouts, truth be told.

Squat Me To The Moon
Remember to keep a straight back when squatting! Your arms are also important; I found the difference between Good and Perfect is where and when I was swinging my arms. When squatting down, make a fist and bring them up to hit the shoulders, pushing your elbows towards the screen. Begin to squat back up before returning your hands to your hips.

Volcano Skate
Kick your back leg behind and out to get the best score. During the coaster, it will always alternate between left and right. The only exception is a jump. For example, even if you can't see ahead, if you've just raised your right leg, get ready to raise left.

Knee Up Splash
The height of your knee determines Good or Perfect. You need to be quick to note longer patterns in order to reach max combo. Typically, at higher levels, it sticks to two colors. The way I do it, when I see RRRGGRGR, I think "red-green" and "3-2-1-1-1." If you can complete a combo at max multiplier, you'll get 500 bolts.

Stunt Run
High knees and running are much more important than dodges. When dodging side to side, I found I got Perfect consistently if I really leapt in that direction. This was the hardest for me to consistently get 500.

The only advice I can really give is on the lumberjack run; bringing the opposite hand up to your shoulders instead of trying to run normally gave me a Perfect each time. Outside of that, I largely got Goods and managed between 800-900 bolts a run.

Forest Trek
Easily my worst workout. The ski done at the beginning can be done without squats if you can't seem to get perfects. Aside from that, just about everything got me a Good here. I never got over 850 bolts.

Bro Bells
This returns from the base game and is just as easy to max. The squat press needs to be done a bit early to get perfects, but everything else is fine if you do it at the same time.

Push-Up Pump
Just like Wilderness Push-Ups, you can do push-ups on your knees so long as your feet are still touching the ground. Jumping Jacks can be done without jumping.
