The easiest way to do this is with a friend overnight. Create a non Battle Royal room with the time set to 2 minutes and pressure blocks off. Then, both of you unplug your controllers and go to sleep. When you wake up you will have the achievement. Finish the game though so your battles count towards the 10,000.
