In mission 4 there is a part where you watch two video tapes and play as the person in those videos. These do not count. I spent about 5-8min on those two parts, and finished the game with a time of 43m+ on the camcorder and still got the achievement.

Play on easy, and just run through the parts as quickly as you can.

In the first level, follow the road down until it starts to curve left, you want to go right off the road along the fence and rocks and you'll see the house.

Go inside and keep checking through the first floor rooms until you have the flashlight. Then head up stairs and search those rooms for keys. Once you have them, run to the end of the hall and go in the door on the left that was previously locked. Grab the paper in front of you on the desk, then go outside and through the now open gate behind the house. On your left is a fence with a break in it, go through the break and to the left. You will go down hill, then up hill along a path. There will be a generator in front of you after you go up the hill. Beyond the generator is a small bridge that you can cross over the water. Once you cross it, follow the path to the right. Ignore the house and you will see another generator. Turn right and go up that hill to go in a building. Follow through the rooms until you see writing on the wall over a note. Grab the note to end the level.

Second level requires you to pick up 8 notes, but on easy you only need 5 (some say 4, but 5 is a sure thing). Go outside the door you start off facing. What you see will be different depending on what it spawns for you. Either way just keep running straight up a hill and through a break in a fence. Once you go through the fence, turn right and follow that way until you see an object (could be an outhouse, car, boat, anything). Grab the paper if there is one and move on in the same direction, going slightly more towards the left and downhill. In a few seconds you'll see another object. All of the objects are on a pathway. Then continue downhill and to the right towards a large tower. Grab that one, then head back towards where you came still going counter clock wise. At the end of the corn field from the tower you will see another object. Grab that one, and follow the road to what should be a building. Go in the building and look through the rooms to find the next paper. Go back out of the building, and still follow the counter clockwise circle along the road until you get to the next object. If you are at 5 papers now, just run in to Slenderman to end it. If not, continue on until you get the next one over a hill and by the water.

Third level you spawn in a field outside of a mine. You spawn either on the left or right side of a road, just keep the rocks and mountains behind you and you will find the road and mine in about 30 seconds of running. Head to the mine, stay on the right side of the entrance. Go in the door to the right, run through this room then turn to the door on the left. Go through it and on the right you will see one of the 6 generators you must turn on. For this part watch some youtube videos of the area as the other 5 will spawn in random areas. Basically make a big clockwise circle looking for the rest of them. After you turn on 2-3 generators Slenderman and someone else in a mask will spawn and come after you. Slenderman is easy to avoid. The other person is not. You can make them stop for a couple seconds by hitting them with your light, but it doesn't really do anything as they are faster and will still catch you. Let them get you if they are near you, as its faster. You will fall down and they run away. That can happen 3-4 times before you fail. Once you have the other 5 generators on, head back to where the first one was and you will see an elevator. Go on it and push the controls to ride it up to the finish.

Level 4, run straight, then make a left out of the mine. Follow the pathway straight ahead going towards the right. When you are able turn right and you will see rocks in front of you that you can go around. Head around them and you will be on the edge of a cliff. Follow this edge for a while until you reach a building with an open doorway. Inside the building around the corner is a desk with two VHS tapes and a TV. Grab the first and pop it in the TV.

At the start of this go left, not in to the house. After you are inside this wooden structure, go to the back right side of it, up stairs and hit the switch above you. Go back down and that switch now raised the back door. Go out of it to the right. You will see a mill or something with a generator to the right. Pass that and go through the wooden structure in front of you. Come out of it and head left and you will see a cellar doorway in the ground. Go down it and hit the control switch on the wall. The lights will turn on but flicker every so often. This is a maze with a gas can that spawns in a random place. Remember the path you take until you find the can then go back the way you came. Head to the mill with the generator and turn on the generator. Go inside, make a left, then a U turn right, then down the hall and to the left, then another left and you will see a doorway on the right. Go out there, and in front of you is an area with some random wooden objects. Somewhere is randomly spawned keys. Grab them, and head back to the mill, and back outside the mill. Head right again through the wooden structure again, but turn right this time and follow the fence until there are rocks in front of you. Go around them, and to a gate on the other side. Unlock the lock, and head in to the church. Grab the toy doll on the middle of the floor, then 180 turn and go in the door to your right. Follow that hallway and make a right through the only door and wait by the desk thing until a skeletal creature barges through the door. When it moves on, jump down and go out that door. Follow the fence on the left, in to a house, up stairs, left, U turn left, U turn right, then down a hole in the attack. The skeletal creature barges through a door in front of you, go in the door to the left. Follow this pathway out the front of the house, and go left then right around the fence in front of you. You will fall and they will run past, and its over.

Second tape, you are back in the first house where you needed to find the flashlight. Slenderman is trying to get in, and you start in the upstairs locked door. You have to go through the house closing all the widows and doors. Do one room at time starting downstairs, then it will come up and say you need to hide in your room. Head back up, open the door, and that part is over.

Now you are back in the room with the TV, turn around and there is now a door open on your right. Go out of it, and follow the path up the zig-zagy road. Once it starts to level out a bit and you are going in one direction you will see a grassy path heading up to the left. Go up this path and head a little to the left. This will take you to a mine. Follow through the mine (take a left after you drop down) and you will come out to the burning forest. From the start, you want to head forward/right in to the forest until you see the big tower. That's where you need to end up. Go inside the tower build and there are two doors you can open where you need to look for keys for the third door. Get the keys, open the door, and follow the linear path. At the end you will see a camcorder on the ground, press A on it. Wait a minute or two and it takes you to the last part.
You wake up in a wooden structure with stairs in front with the skeletal thing sitting on them (at least its there on harder difficulty) go in the room to the right of the stairs and pick up the paper, then go straight across to the room to the left of the stairs and grab the note off the wall. You can now go upstairs, and turn left. Follow the path until you reach the final room with a girl in the corner. Go to her and watch the ending.

If you did this and the camera says less then 45min when the credits start, you will get the achievement after the credits (you can skip them by pressing A). Once you have played through once, it will only take about 25-30min to run through again if you missed it on this try.
