This one is hard to miss. At the beginning of the game, once you've taken control of the character, you'll traverse the first area while the game teaches you the basic controls. As soon as you sneak past the enemy to turn off the electricity, there will be a guy in front of a billboard. Simply pull the lever and he'll fall to his death and pop goes the achievement!
