It's safe to say this achievement can only be gained through completing Provocation on Hardened, Veteran or Realistic. So make sure you do it on one of these.
Secondly this level is not actually too bad. I started doing the campaign on Realistic straight away and this is a relatively straight forward mission. It has been noted these missions do take a while to complete by themselves and took me best part of an hour.
The setup I used was sticking to the trusty 3 burst XR-2 with Reflex sight, Long Barrel, and FMJ. I also focus on using the Chaos cybercores. This provided me with decent range and attacking ability meaning I could sit back slightly.
Couple of things to watch for. Read ahead if you don't mind spoilers. If you don't want a spoiler my suggestions are to take it slow and cautious. Checkpoints are plentiful in this level but don't rely on them. Rather take a few extra minutes cautiously going through an area than rushing and getting shot (especially on Realistic).

- Lie down and rush to the right at the start, far easier to attack the enemies giving you time to settle.
- For the pain in backside superstrong LMG guys, swarms are your friends - just saying.
- I found going the Left rather than the right easier at the fork part, easier to protect yourself with cover.
- I found when dealing with PAWWS to hide behind the armory changer, change my cybercore to the hacking one, hack the robot, then changing back FAR more effective.
- On the bridge running part it was easier to trigger a scene and run back the way I came and pick them off from afar. When the wraith turned up though I legged it and somehow got through. When you choose to be interior or exterior, I found exterior to be easiest and spamming the fireflies which I had on burn mode.
