We'll start with the Combat Training: Incursion. (Asp vs 10 waves of hostiles)
First things first, turn off any unwanted modules i.e. cargo hold and Frame Shift Drive. You can do this by looking to the right inside the cockpit of your ship. RB over to modules and press A to turn off or on modules. Extra power will always be needed especially in Incursion Advanced.
Once done, melt your way through the waves and target the enemies power plant on the bigger enemies such as the viper or the cobra and of course the anaconda. To target the enemies modules hold the Y button and keep pressing up until the power plant is targeted. If the ships power plant depletes to 0% the ship will be destroyed regardless of however much hull integrity it had left.
There is some cheese you can do once you make it to Wave 10: Big Mama (the Anaconda). As soon as the anaconda appears, target the anaconda and then run away with all pips on engs. Being in the Asp you are much faster then the anaconda. As long as the target does not become hostile towards you (turns into a red triangle instead of an orange one) run away until you are 8km away from the anaconda. You will automatically untarget the anaconda once you are 8km away. Keep running for about 20 seconds then turn around and look for the anaconda. You will see a faint blue line in space where the anaconda will be boosting away. Follow it until you meet back up with the anaconda. If done right the anaconda will try to deploy hardpoints and keep trying to deploy hardpoints but will not fire at you. Target his power plant and blow em up! If he does become hostile while you are running away, again run away until you untarget him at 8km, but you will have to keep running for around 2-3 mins. Then you can turn around and try and find him. If you do find him and he is coming right at you turn around and run again but for a little longer then last time. Repeat if necessary.

Now for the Combat Training Incursion Advanced (Sidewinder vs 10 waves of death).
Same thing as the basic incursion, turn off any unwanted modules.
The biggest tip is pip displacement while using the sidewinder. The sidewinder has good maneuverability and a very fast shield recharge rate. Learn how to control the sidewinder and get a feel for it's limits. Conserve your multi-cannon ammo as much as possible. This will be a long battle (40-90 mins) so turn off friends or girlfriends/boyfriends and turn on epic game mode! Every wave will be a challenge so here is a breakdown of the waves.

Wave 1: Sidewinder. Very easy, and is also weak to the beam laser! Do not bother wasting any multicannon ammo.
Wave 2: Condor (the small shield-less ship). Put all pips on systems and weapons. Be slow and accurate with the beam laser. It is a very small target but extremely weak. Its bullets should do very little to your shields.
Wave 3: Sidewinder. Extremely annoying and tough. Put pips in engines and weapons unless you take shield damage. Then swap pips mostly into shields. Once you get the enemies shields down fire your multicannon rounds into him. He will try to evade you as much as possible when his shields are down so kill him quickly. His shields will most likely recharge once or twice so be patient with the ammo.
Wave 4: Two Condors. It is extremely important that you go after one at a time until each are destroyed. I found it helpful to go full reverse and put 4 pips into systems and 2 into weapons. Then pick off one at a time as they chase you. Use Multicannon ammo sparingly here.
Wave 5: Cobra MK III. The best thing to do with the cobra is to always stay on his tail, do not fight him head on. 3 pips on eng and wep unless you take shield damage. Once his shields are down use your multicannon ammo only when his flat side is facing you as it will be the most accurate for your multicannon. If he starts firing at you head on boost past him and try to get behind him again.
Wave 6: Eagle. Again like the cobra, try to get behind him. A good way to get behind enemies is putting all pips on engines, using your thrusters to adjust your position, or turning off flight assist. Once his shields are down fire multicannon rounds into him.
Wave 7: Multiple targets. 1 sidewinder and 2 condors. Going full reverse with pips in system and weapon helps. Go for the condors first. Multiple targets is much harder then fighting just one. Once they are down you can go after the sidewinder easily.
Wave 8: Viper. Just like the Cobra MK III, get behind it with 3 pips in eng and wep. If you find yourself face to face with the viper and getting shot at just boost past him instead of trying to fight him.
Wave 9: Three sidewinders and definitely the hardest wave. 2 Sidewinders with pulse lasers and 1 with multicannons. Facing the three sidewinders in the beginning head on will be certain doom. As soon as the wave begins target one and RUN with all 4 pips in eng and 2 in sys! Keep running until the targets separate with about a 2 or 3km distance from each other but do not let any of them out of your radar range (8km). Otherwise they will turn around and run and become impossible to find. Every now and then while you are running away, they will be undetected for a short while (flashing yellow triangle bouncing all over your radar). Do not worry they are still within range they are just spazzing out. Only if the targets are separated enough and one is spazzing out turn around and target one of the sidewinders and fire everything! Use multicannon and beam lasers to try and kill one as fast as possible. If you start to attack one finish it no matter how much you are getting shot at. As stated before less targets means less getting fired at while running away. Once one is killed run away again and repeat until all are destroyed. This wave will take a lot of luck.
Wave 10: Anaconda. Same exact thing with the Asp. Target him, run away till 8km, then turn around and fire upon an unfireable (that's a word now) target. You will most likely run out of multicannon ammo so fire ze lazor at its power plant. Be careful though, even though it will not return fire IT WILL TRY TO RAM YOU! Use your thrusters, pips, and boosters well.
With practice, patience, and a lot of luck this achievement will pop.
