Long and Limber Challenge achievement For Xbox Fitness

For this Challenge, you need to get 5 stars on all five of the "Pilates for Beginners" workouts. These are short and can be easily 5 stared but if you are having difficulty Pause the set you are having trouble with and press the rewind button and play again until you get 4 or 5 stars for that set and you should have enough points.

You can find these workouts in the Content Library under the "All Programs" section.
Select "Pilates for Beginners (10 Minute Solution)".
These workouts are free!!!

Primary Muscles Worked: Full Body

Name of each workout:
- Core Basics (10 Min)
- Lower Body Basics (10 Min)
- Upper Body Basics (10 Min)
- Total Body Combo (10 Min)
- Long & Limber Stretch (10 Min)

Challenge Reward: 3 Stamps

Note: Stamps don't get rewarded until you finish any other workout.
Suggestion: Do one of the Gatorade Recovery Workouts as they are quick and actually good for you after a workout and you will receive your stamps.

Pilates for Beginners workouts are calmer workouts that actually can test your strength and how flexible you are, without realizing it.

Drink plenty of water and spread your workouts far enough to make sure you don't hurt yourself. Make sure you are taking the appropriate amount of protein for your muscles after you finish a workout so you aren't sore the next day! These workouts give you a nice break from the fast paced high intensity workouts so enjoy and get some more stamps for those other achievements!!
