  you can get this after you chop down the tree to head towards the village to find the wheel in chapter one. when walking you'll see a bunch of thrones and a well in the background (the same one you went down in the prologue) simply walk into the thrones and keep going until you die. Boom! achievement unlocked!

  You can get this achievement in the forest between the merchant and the village. You just have to walk into thornweeds until you die...

  En route to the village for the first time you'll follow a path in the woods that takes you past an area blocked off with Thornweeds where you can see the well in the distance. Walk into the thorns until you die for the Achievement to unlock.
