    to clarify for non baseball fans, a double play is getting 2 outs during the same play on defence. the easist and most common way is when a runner is on 1st base, with 0 or 1 outs, and a ground ball is hit to your infield players. grab the ball, throw to 2nd base first, then 1st base. its a force out at each base, achievement unlocked. you should get this in your first game quiet easily.

    this achievement has nothing to do with the score of the game or anything like that.

    To secure this achievement, you need to get two opponents out on the same play. This may take a few innings to do - and cannot be done when a team is 2 down.

    When fielding, it's best to always allow someone to steal first; this gives you one opponent ready to run out when the new hitter comes to the plate.

    Best tactic is to collect the ball and throw to second base with your fielder, then first base. If the opponent already has someone on first base, chances are you'll run both out on the same play.

    I wasn't particularly trying for this achievement, and it took me around 20 innings (while I worked out the game mechanics).
