Total-Body Combat Challenge achievement For Xbox Fitness

Load up Xbox Fitness and you can find these workouts in the Library under "Featured Content" section. Select "Extreme Combat for Xbox Fitness" Extreme Combat. The first workout "Total-Body Fitness" which is needed for this challenge is free until October 6th. If you are looking to do both challenges you will have to purchase the full Program.

For this Challenge, you need to Complete the first Workout "Total Body" and score at least 50,000fp on that workout. This should be very easily attainable as you should have enough points half way through the workout (especially if you are going for the "Fit to the Extreme" Challenge achievement as well).

This workout is probably the easiest of the five. You will have to finish the workout to get your achievement.

Note: Stamps are not rewarded right after you finish, so you will have to do another workout and get the stamps after you finish your next workout! If you are going for five staring them all for the other challenge, put on the next workout in the series and you'll get your stamps after that! or if you aren't going for the other challenge the reward stamps can attained quicker by doing one of the Gatorade recovery workouts.
