Fit to the Extreme Challenge achievement For Xbox Fitness

If you don't mind the price tag on this, then load up Xbox Fitness and you can find these workouts in the Library under "Featured Content" section. Select "Extreme Combat for Xbox Fitness" Extreme Combat and purchase the full Program. After the program is purchased, you can start.

For this Challenge, you need to get a 5 Star rating on each of the five workouts. Basically the whole workout is needed to hit 5 stars for most of them as the the average amount of points to hit 5 stars in each workout was around 95,000-100,000 fitness points. (You can do these in any order)

These workouts are not a cakewalk by any means and you will have to earn the 5 stars for each. However, if you pace yourself, follow the instructions from Mike, and make sure the Fitness multiplier meter is in the green most of the time you should capture your 5 stars!

- Total Body
- Throwdown

Note: Stamps are rewarded right after you finish 5 staring your last workout!

Side Note: Doing the first workout "Total Body" and hitting 50,000 fp you will earn the "Total-Body Combat" Challenge Achievement (until October 7th, 2015).

These are very challenging workouts so drink plenty of water and spread your workouts far enough to make sure you don't hurt yourself. Also like always, make sure you take the appropriate amount of protein for your muscles after you finish a workout so you aren't sore the next day! You'll have fun with this one and the coolest part is Mike continuously acknowledges the point system to motivate you and that you are doing this on Xbox Fitness! So "Earn those point!!" and get some more stamps for those other achievements!!
