the quickest way to get this achievement is
mode custom intel
time 15 minutes
victory capture
map mout
before beginning make sure u max out ur medic to the best of ur ability. and max ur physical training so u can have extra medic kits.(up to 4max) equip ur pistol, and use this on ur boost buddy aim for the knee to foot, shoot him once, then heal, shoot then heal. u can get 75 every round, resupply at ur base or off ur TEAM LEADER (planting42) and go around the map rinse and repeat for the achievement.
