Build the Basics Challenge achievement For Xbox Fitness

Load up Xbox Fitness and you can find these workouts in the Library under "Featured Content" section. Select "YO:30 for Xbox Fitness". The first workout "Basics" which is needed for this challenge is free until November 30th. If you are looking to do both challenges you will have to purchase the full Program for $29.99.

For this Challenge, you need to Complete the first Workout "Basics" a few times and score at least 150,000 FitPoints on that workout. This should be fairly easily attainable as you should have enough points after doing the workout 3 times.

This workout is the easiest of the five Yoga workouts in this program as Jake Ferree will be teaching you the basics of Yoga. This workout will require a bit of body flexibility and upper muscle strength. You will have to finish the workout about 3 times to get your achievement as average max score is around 50,000-55,000 fp per workout.
