Meditation Master Challenge achievement For Xbox Fitness

Another workout to purchase but with a discount for gold members for a limited time. Load up Xbox Fitness and you can find this workout in the Library under "Featured Content" section. Select "BodyWisdom: Tai Chi for Beginners" and purchase the full Program. After the program is purchased, you can start.

For this Challenge, you need to complete 10 BodyWisdom: Tai Chi for Beginners workouts. There are a total of ten Tai Chi workouts although you can do one of the workouts ten times or any combination to get this challenge.

These workouts are quite easy to follow and won't give you much trouble. Since the challenge just says to complete them you don't need to 5 Star them but I would suggest at least trying for one or two stars.

Note: Stamps are Not rewarded right after you finish your last workout, so I would suggest doing another workout or a recovery workout to claim your reward stamps.
