This just takes some time but the thing I found out only after getting the achievement was that if you form 4 squares and get a Power x1, you can press A to make two rows dissapear which will probably save you a lot of time.

The other solutions are great and I can't really say anything more to it, but this achievement doesn't pop just as you beat the high-score and you're still in the game, just flow the screen and as you beat the high score and while it says game-over it'll pop :)
