to get this achievement you have to steal a police car or just call 911 on your mobile/cell phone and the police will show up where you are (but they won't be looking for you).
now drive to Alderney (the island of the left-hand side of the map) and stop the car. Now press LB to access the police computer and look for the "most wanted" or something like that. A list of criminals will come up. Kill one by one.
now drive to Algonquin (the island in the middle of the map) and do the same.
now drive to Broker/Dukes/Bohan (any island on the right-hand side of the map - where you start the game) and do the same.
Once you kill 30 criminals (you can kill 10 criminals on each island if you want) the achievement will unlock.
TIP: make sure you have a lot of money because you will need to buy ammo and body armor every 3 or 4 missions since the criminals won't be alone most of the time (they will have mates helping them out and you will be shot at a lot). Also note that you won't make any money out of the missions. |
