This is a fun achievement to get. You need to have enough time collected to create a pause or a slow time effect bubble. First, climb to a high point in a mp map, throw the bubble and jump into it. Do it again, and again, and achie will unlock. You have to be high enough that if you fell or jumped, it would cause damage.
