    Hello and welcome to PBreezey's guide for The Division achievement "Outbreak"

    This achievement is earned by completing the mission: Broadway Emporium. This mission has a minimum recommended level of 8 and is located in the Garment District of Manhattan.

    You will work your way through the floors of Abel's Department Store, and on the highest floor inside of a tip jar you will find money that has been contaminated by the virus. Collect the contaminated money, proceed down stairs, and after a short battle with some (more) Cleaners [a couple of them being elites], the mission will be completed and the achievement is yours. Did I mention this area is filled with Cleaners? Lots of flame throwers, so be prepared to dodge-roll (double tap cn_A) a lot.

    *UPDATE* 3/14/2016: User cheesemonkey578 stated that they had an issue with this achievement where their friend got it while in a group together, but he did not. However, the mission does say on his map that he has completed it. So, there does seem to be a small bug with this achievement unlocking. Try to make sure you stay near any allies for the length of the mission, but especially when the mission is nearing the end.

    CheeseI completed this mission with a friend (he joined my game) and he got the achievement, but I didn't. When I go to the beginning of the mission it says I have completed it. Make sure when you're getting close to the end to stick together and not be separated.

    PBreezeyThanks for the comment @cheesemonkey578. I'll update my solution noting that there seems to be a possible bug regarding completing this mission.

    CheeseUpdate*** I got the achievement after loading my game on another day. I guess when doing co-op a lot of achievements will stall until later.
