Give it 100 Challenge achievement For Xbox Fitness

Load up Xbox Fitness and you can find these workouts in the Library under "Featured Content" section. Select "MOSSA ATHLETE30" and purchase the workout. Once its purchased you can start.

For this Challenge, you need to complete either of the two workouts about 2 or 3 times in any order and score at least 100,000 FitPoints collectively. This should be fairly easily attainable as you should have more than enough points after doing two or three workouts if you are are getting the FitMeter in the green most of the time.

It is really cool to see almost all of the MOSSA Trainers all in the same video. These workout will require a bit of upper muscle strength and leg strength as there are a lot of push-ups, running, and different types of jumps. You will have to finish the workouts about 2 to 3 times to get your achievement as average score for these workouts are around 40,000-50,000 fp per workout and the Challenge tracker doesn't count the points until you finish each workout.
