Select a race on Nurburgring Sprint, choose the Prototype class and select the Nissan R390.
As you are approaching the final chicane, brake a little (otherwise you'll wreck), and try to line the left of your car up with the slightly raised curb on the left of the track at the beginning of the chicane.
If done correctly, it should launch your car slightly, hit the tyres and do several rolls in mid-air (also gaining you the Airbourne achievement). You could quite possibly get all 20 rolls in one go if you're lucky..
It can be a little tricky to accomplish, several times i just went straight on in to the tyres.. However, practice makes perfect. The method can be repeated, and the achievement should be unlocked in next to no time at all.
