A shooting takedown works exactally the same as a hand-to-hand takedown but you will use a gun instead. To start a shooting takedown you will need at least one level of your adrenalin bar filled and you will need your gun out. When you can see a bad guy you will see a small circle pop up at the right side of the screen showing you a crosshair with either 1 2 or 3 people in it. If you want to kill three people you will have to the same amount of adernalin so 3 bars will give 3 kills and so on. I got this achievement whilst going for my brawler achievement.
