To get this achievement you most headshot 150 people in the game friendlys dont count. I got this on level 4 on assassin difficulty so it shouldnt take long, but if for some reason you finish the game and you dont have it just load up shipyard infiltration and go just for headshots.

P.S. you can check your headshots in the achievement section on the pause menu.
