Yes its story related so for all those who don't have trouble please continue unabated.

**** spoilers ****




For those like me who got stuck there are two choke points that are likely (apart from standard run and gun encounters);
1) The APC. Use the Bourne Instinct to highlight which bits will make it explode. Shoot them. Concentrate on one point, that's all you need and it might take some ammo.
2) Burning building. The key I found was to run and when entering a fistfight keep your opponent between you and the shooter. There are two guys in the stairwell and this is particularly important or the 2nd guy will shoot you in the back.
