If your boosting for the rest of the achievements, this will probably just come with time. This can be done in Ranked matches with only 2 people, even in Team modes. A big factor in this is also the level of anyone you kill, the higher the level they are from you nets you better experience.
The better you do in match the more Exp. you get: the more medals you earn the more Exp. So as you are boosting just score a lot of head shots, kills streaks (5 in a row is max) Survive w/out dying and multiple kills with different weapons all earn medals which equal experience.
I have played matches at various lengths between 10-30 min each. (non split) I get about 4-5 medals a match, these are the best examples as I remember>
Survivor (for not dying for the whole match) , kills streak (kill 5 enemies in a row without dying), rifle expert (Kill 3 or 5 enemies with the rifle), headshots Kill 3 or 5 enemies with headshots) and depending on the length of the match. 10 min. 3/4 of a level 15 min 1 level + 20 min 1 1/2 levels 30 min 1 3/4 + (almost 2 levels)
The higher you get in level, the more experience you need to go up in level. Around level 90 for example you will need approximately 10k in experience to go up a single level.
Playing/boosting against a level 20 or higher Point Snatcher Match, 10 kills net you approximately 3400 in experience.
That's it it really just depends on how aggressive you want to be at boosting. The thing is you'll reach level 100 way before you get you 200 wins, 500 matches played and 5000 player kills. Just remember it has to be Ranked and though there are not alot of randoms/other players there does seem to be significant online presents for this game.
