http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/944316-dragon-ball-z-burst-li... This guide seems to have all the drama pieces so I'll link it. In order to get this achievement you must unlock all the drama pieces from the Cell and Broly saga, and if you are doing the drama pieces in the order of saga then upon unlocking this you should also get the one for unlocking all the drama pieces.

Remember that "player" is the person the drama piece unlocks for, not neccessarily the person you are controlling.

Most of the drama pieces should not give you much trouble with unlocking, but there are a couple which will be difficult, and one where you'll be tempted to start pulling hair out.

The two hardest seem to be Piccolo's Rage and Vegeta strikes, as they require the AI to perform a pursuit attack on the person you are controlling. When I was going for this achievement, I could not get them to do a pursuit attack on me on any difficulty below hard, which means that's the difficulty you will want to be on for this.

Vegeta Strikes is the easier of the two, as your health can be higher than his and you can just wail on Vegeta til he's almost dead, then harass him with light attacks (X button) and ki block until he does a ready stance attack followed by a pursuit attack (he'll teleport behind you, kick you back, then teleport behind you again while you are flying, hit you and it should unlock). Be sure you are in the air when doing this, as it seems it makes him more likely to do a pursuit attack. Vegeta also felt more aggressive than Piccolo and would be more likely to do a pursuit attack.

Piccolo's Rage is by far the hardest of all the drama pieces, as you have to play on at least hard to get the pursuit attack done to you, and your health has to be less than his. The Piccolo this unlocks for is the one you control. Same strategy to get him to do a pursuit attack on you, harass with X button attacks until he does a ready stance/pursuit attack. It will not unlock if your health is higher than his, though by far the hardest part is simply getting him to do the damn pursuit attack. In addition the AI Piccolo also has the regeneration drama piece, which if triggered will allow him to gain over two bars of health back, which can screw you over. It's best to keep this from unlocking by making sure that the AI's fatigue stays relatively high when he's low on health (the piece won't trigger unless his fatigue is low) and it triggers when he has about 1 bar of health left. Another strategy is to go Gohan on him, where the regen triggers and you proceed to just beat the crap out of him anyway in a fit of rage because it triggered (that's how I got it :P).
