This is a quick guide to all Memory Fragments provided to me by the developer.

25 Memories.

1 In the Paintings Corridor, in the closed door that will open activating the Switch in the Workshop.
2 In the Paintings Corridor, in the closed door that will open solving 3 or more paintings puzzles.
3 In the Attic, which will open activating the switch in the Basement.
4 In the Workshop room.
5 You need to free the Bird Mask wanderer from the Basement and talk with him in Arcane Core.

1 In outer Wall, activate the magic seal after you have defeated the Nexus Guardian.
2 In the Central Chamber, activate the seal using the order of the wall in Elienai’s room. After that, run fast to the right and jump in the broken windows to the platforms that will appear.
3 In beginning of the inner chamber.
4 In the upper part of the Atrium, after jumping in the platforms that are activated with the switch.
5 In the Garden, after jumping in the platforms that are activated with the switch.

1 In the cave of Great Plains, after defeating the Noth Queen.
2 Finish Cathedral of Erynes. Go to Arcane Hall 3 Wing and activate the magic seal with a beam attack. Take the Fantasy Orb. Use the Orb in the center of Great Plains, in Folklore.
3 In the Great plains, at the right of the main entrance, there is a big rock with cubes floating around. Climb the cubes to reach the memory.
4 Destroy the Heart of the Mountain.
5 Go to the Zodiac Temple from the Great Plains entrance. Talk wit Zero Mask and solve the Puzzle of the zodiac.

GRAVEN (Sewers)
1 In the tomb in City Outskirts.
2 In the metallic area of Sewers.
3 In the metallic area of the Inner Sewer.
4 Activate 3 door switches in Inner Sewers will open an additional door which contains a memory.
5 In the end of the initial room of Cardinal Fear Castle.

1 In the Winter area, after jumping in some rocks that allow you to go to the upper part of the valley.
2 In the Second Trial chamber, when you have finished the puzzle and are about to go out of the room, instead of exit go on for the ladder and jump in the cube, and from there out of the window.
3 In Autumn, you must move the stone pillars in the same position that is indicated in the metal inscription in the wall of the place where you reach the lake area.
4 In the Third Trial Chamber, you will find a switch directly under the upper exit (in the middle of two big cubes that you have used to climb up there). Activate it and run fast to the upper part; you will see a cube moving slowly. Jump on it before it is reactivated and you will took up where the memory is.
5 Enter the 4 doors in this order; Winter, Autum, Summer and Spring. The Memory will appear in the middle of the room.
