  All of the ducks are hidden in plain sight, and can be collected from the start. As the ducks are floating in deadly water, you must jump onto a duck and immediately off it to safety to pick it up. If you die while holding a duck, it resets to it's original position and you must grab it again.
  
  The duck is 'safe' and classed as collected when you exit the screen by any means after picking it up. Usually his means just heading for the nearest door! As you play through the game you'll see the bright yellow ducks everywhere - although a collectible, they're not hidden unlike the cassette tapes.
  
  Collectibles are tracked on the pause screen after collecting the book early on.

  Hello guys !
  
  Today i show you the only,but also the best achievement guide for all collectibles for Lumo.It's a full commentary walkthrough but not commented by a random guy,no,but by the incredible Gareth Noyce,creator of the game !
  So it's a full commented walkthrough,but it shows you all collectibles in this awesome game and it also shows you most of the achievements of Lumo.Plus there's a lot of easter eggs and infos about the development of the game so it's cool to hear ! :D

  I'm on part 3 and he says that he has missed a dick does he get it in the end or not?

  If i remember correctly,yes he has the 100% at the end of this walkthrough :)

  He has 30/32 ducks at the end, so he's missing 2. I've not watched all the videos so I don't know if you see them but he doesn't collect them or they are in places the video doesn't cover.
