If you happen to get stuck on the part right after you free the little guy that goes through the hole and opens the door, I finally figured out how to do it. Using Indy, you have to swing across a gap, break a box, and place a piece on the little cart that goes across the gap when you turn the crank. I was stuck forever trying to figure out how to jump across the platforms while holding the piece. I finally realized you have to lay the piece down, jump to the next platform and use the whip to pull it over to you. Repeat until you get the piece over to the elevator in the next room.
