Simply progress through story mode until you get to the level "Battle on the Bridge". It doesn't matter whether you enable cheats in Extras-Menu or not, as soon as you finish the level, you will get the achievement.
Just follow the video guide below, or use the following guide, which will also give you an idea where to find the hidden items in the level:

| For the bridge fight at the end of the level, defeat a group of guards, then Mola Ram will attack. Hit him and his hat will fall off. He will then knock you back and paralyze you. Immediately change to another character and hit him with that character. He will retreat and the next wave of guards will come at you WITH SWORDS! Kill them, pick up a sword and a target will appear on the bridge support cables. Continue this process until all 4 bridge supports are destroyed. |
