Once you obtain the gun while playing the campaign you'll be able to get this achievement, all you'll need is to find some flammable liquid, seen as these are scattered throughout the entire game you won't have any trouble finding a bottle of it.

Once you've got your gun and found a bottle of flammable liquid open up your menu and select the flammable liquid and choose to combine it, then select the gun, this will create fire bullets, you'll find these incredibly useful throughout the story.
