This achievement requires you to complete this chapter of the game without skipping any sequences, this entire game is set up somewhat like a movie and it gives you the option of fast-forwarding through sections of the game, however there's an achievement for each chapter of the game which requires you to not skip any sequences.
This chapter consists of 4 levels;
• Call 911
• Down The Fissure
• Filthy Waters
• Stitches & Truth
