simply win as Japanese civilization. the best way to win is to put the settings to easy and start on the game, once started find the biggest force and team up with them for a while. while you are under alliance with the biggest threat build and army outside there city so when the time comes you can strike.

now once you have built an army outside the city attack and kill the smaller city's and then turn on your allies and finish them off.
