Just follow the strategy for the Playing the Game achievement. Because the achievements stack, you can get this one by playing on Deity difficulty. (Plus it says 'at least King difficulty' which would include Deity difficulty.)

One way to get this is to first play Beta Centauri as the Mongols and go for Domination victory - I understand playing as Deity will also win the King Achievement but play at the level you prefer. Lots of Barbarians villages that convert to you giving a fairly high 'boom' straight away. At some point change all cities to Gold production and you should start making enough to just buy new troops, buildings etc.

Anyway when you have pulped the last bad guy/gal to just one city left, surround it and.............SAVE.

Then go on and win Domination THEN reload from the checkpoint and aim for Cultural and Economic. Once you have the chance to build the World Bank and the United Nations..........SAVE.

Then go on to win Cultural or Economic, then reload and finish off the one you do not have.

Using Beta Centauri means you cannot do a Tech Victory, though, so if anyone has a better level fire away.
