This one is fairly easy as long as you don't fall off. Go to the U.N. building and you will see several flag poles in a half-moon shape. Go to the first pole on either end and jump up onto the pole. Sprint forward across the top to the other side without falling off and the achievement is yours.
Goodluck
P.S. If the poles break, don't worry, they will respawn. |

| Actually, you do not have to sprint, just run. It's a lot easier to control that way. |

| Also works if you start from one side get across a few but they break off.... just goto the other side and start and it should pop up when you cross the end of the concrete flag stand even while running through mid-air! i just got it that way! Please confirm if this is true for anyone else? |

After struggling with jumping the poles I realized that it’s impossible until you unlock “Superior Jump” skill... – This, among other challenges, includes succeding your first "Jump Challenge"
Quite important detail imho… |
