The easiest place to get this is in "The Problem With the Hulk - Part 3". Scale the building that the satellite dish is on (that is causing you to be targeted by the satellite and zapping you) and just wait.

Don't destroy the dish just yet. Let one of the brutes with a shock rod hit you, knocking you to the ground. A group of brutes will pile on you, and a QTE of sorts will commence (mash the button it tells you to mash ... for me it was X).
