Here is the technique I used that seemed to help.

First Phase: Just point at the triangle that is pointing at you, pattern is random.

Second Phase: Your first shot will fire one spot clockwise from the direction you are pointing (counter-clockwise if on mirror stage), and the second shot will fire 180 degrees from the direction you are pointing. And then it repeats, I kept track of which shot was next (90 degrees or 180 degrees) and adjusted accordingly.

Third Phase: Now the fun starts. Not only do your shots behave like in the second phase, but the placement of the triangles also rotates. I believe there is a pattern to the rotation, but I was so focused on the triangles that I'm not positive Pattern confirmed, see below. The triangles rotate 90 degrees, then 180 degrees, starting with the 90 degree rotation. What I found easiest was to shoot the square to start the phase on the 180 degree shot, so now the shot and triangle rotations are in sync. For the 90 degree shots, I watched where the triangle was going, and adjusted my shot. For the 180 degree shots, I pointed at the triangle as if I was in the first phase. It would rotate 180 degrees, and then my shot would follow.

The Pattern that you should follow is (with reference to where the triangle spawns):
At (point your arrow where the killer arrow was before it moves)
Away (opposite of where the arrow was before it moves)
*Thanks to MemoriesOfFinal for the pattern information*

I found that strategy to work out well, and I hope it helps others. If you have any questions or think there is something that can be added or clarified to improve this solution, let me know.
