This is a very easy achievement to get. Stations are not a part of the North America game, so if you started with North America, you can use your strategy from there to win in Europe. By not using any stations, you'll get 12 points (4 points for each of the stations) at the end of the game. Focus on getting to your destinations, getting the longest route (if that's your strategy), and getting their before your opponent. Doing that without playing a station against the easy AI should get you this achievement in 1-2 games.

* To earn this achievement, you have to buy the Ticket To Ride Europe expansion.
